Windwalker Real Estate is a Realtor® Agency and all of our Broker Associates and Sales Associates are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and the Nantucket Association of Real Estate Brokers. We represent both Sellers and Buyers.
CAPE COD & ISLANDS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS serves it's members and the public on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket with infomation on real estate. Windwalker Real Estate has been a member since 2003.
The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® is a professional trade association for licensed real estate practitioners and serves as the parent organization to the state's 16 local REALTOR® associations. Membership in the organization is voluntary and consists of both residential and commercial agents and brokers as well as industry affiliates. MAR's membership currently consists of approximately 22,000 real estate licensees, and only MAR members are authorized to use the trademark term, REALTOR®.
Windwalker Real Estate has been a member of the Nantu
cket Island Chamber of Commerce since the firm was launched in 2002. The Chamber was founded in 1934 and incorporated in 1954. For over 75 years, it has been the primary organization on Nantucket dedicated to promoting the interests of the business community. We are 600 strong in membership and from all walks of island business life: from visitor’s services, non-profit organizations, businesses, and individual members…and ranging in size from cottage industries to professionals to corporations. We pride ourselves in serving the needs of all our members with workshops, networking opportunities, marketing opportunities, local initiatives and legislative advocacy to ensure the growth of our member organizations.
