The Purchase & Sale Process
Purchase and Sale Agreement: Once an Offer to Purchase is fully executed by all parties, the Seller’s attorney will prepare the Purchase and Sale Agreement and send it to the Buyer’s attorney for review. Most agreements are scheduled to be signed by the Buyer and Seller within 14 to 21 days from the acceptance of the Offer to Purchase. At the time of signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement , the Buyer will make an additional deposit to bring the total binder to a minimum of 10% of the purchase price. This additional deposit will then be added to the escrow account and is released at closing as part of your down payment.
