At a valuation of over $17 billion, Nantucket is one of the country’s most prized residential markets.  Buyers and sellers are regularly making $1 million to $15 million real estate decisions.  Windwalker’s research capability is the strongest on the island, and was designed specifically to assist the buyers, sellers, and owners of island real estate in understanding the market’s unique dynamics and how these forces shape specific property values.

Windwalker’s research efforts are overseen by Alan Worden, the firm’s President, and directed on a daily basis by Jennifer Shalley.  Alan has spent his career undertaking research in a variety of public and private real estate markets.  He is also the founder and president of Scout Real Estate Capital.  Jennifer brings a wealth of capital markets experience to Windwalker.  Most recently Jennifer served as as a Vice President at Wachovia Securities and holds an Economics degree from the University of Virginia.
